Replay envelope format #1144

There's no information how replay envelopes look like. There should be at least a section at https://develop.sentry.dev/sdk/envelopes/ assuming there's a custom envelope item type. It probably also makes sense to have a separate page with the details, similar to https://develop.sentry.dev/sdk/profiles/

can we close this now that RFC is merged and adjusted?

@bruno-garcia Billy's docs PR provides this information but its not merged.
