fix(paymentservice): Give more memory #78

After recent updates, payment service is getting OOMs, so giving it more memory.

Bumping the Helm chart version should also help with adservice that's crashing now.

It doesn't fix all existing problems with the demo, but at least adservice and paymentservice should no longer crash.
