When we open PR to sentry-javascript

[ ] drop @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin and @typescript-eslint/parser - currently fails even though it's a dep of the SDK config package?

Afaik we had issues with prebuilding binaries on latest ubuntu, so we downgraded
