Performance feature does not exists back then when it's still 9.1.2. To use new features, you should upgrade. If you want to upgrade, please read the docs (https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/releases/#upgrading) and please take a look over the "Hard stops" very carefully, that's where most people went wrong.

If you think upgrading is painful, you can do a fresh install of the latest Sentry release (right now it's 24.6.0).
