Spawn damage text when hitting enemies #9

Adds a new prefab and script, DamageText
Call damageTextPrefab.Spawn to spawn text at a location
It does a little localized jump then disappears
Fixes a bunch of prefab transforms which were not positioned properly at (0, 0, 0)
NOTE: Adds DOTween plugin to perform the jump (https://dotween.demigiant.com/) [license]
