Description

I was hoping to get the below documented:

Sentry only supports description search for certain spans (a list of spans for which we support would be great), because they only index the description field for certain spans (those we can manage the cardinality for). Those same spans are still searchable in other places, like the trace explorer.

Suggested Solution

Listing the spans that we support description search for would be awesome.
