Support for Dark Theme

Right now we don't have nice looking UI if the theme is set to dark:

• [ ] favicon looks bad on dark background.
• [ ] sidebar is always white.

The theme parameter that supports that was rolled back by atlassian, so we have to wait for that to come back.
