Fixed pip install command in README.md #17

It might be worth contacting the publisher on pip https://pypi.org/user/aaditya/ to transfer ownership of the package so you can distribute your updated version of it.

I can confirm that the plugin works in Sentry 9.0.0 even when installed with the Docker onbuild image. https://github.com/getsentry/docker-sentry/tree/master/9.0/onbuild

Hi Sentry Team, please accept this PR. Because when we apply the pip installation method on current README.rst file, it installs unmaintained misfunctioning old plugin. As @dj-hedgehog said,

 pip install git+git://github.com/getsentry/sentry-redmine@master

installs updated plugin from this repo which works with Sentry version 9.0.0 very well.

We have no intentions to publish a version back into pypi, so this is sufficient.
