fix: change range of compatible node versions #365

this is to amend the acceptable node versions due to the min req'd version set in @sentry/cli 2.x

Due to this change in acceptable node versions before this package is released a major number update is req'd to reflect that - I don't know how you manage that in this repository

We'll actually stick with v1 for now due to compatibility reasons. Will fix versioning before doing next release.
