Partial trace view missing CTA #44725

Problem Statement

In some cases we show a call to action to instrument your trace more (or in the new world, to use profiles to fill in the gaps)... but not here:

This is something like 90? 95?% unaccounted for.

Same thought loop: when the CTA can't be shown, how do we help a user zoom in on a location?

Could have an action per span, could make it so you can click and drag (like a chart) in the graph..
