Inbound Filters changelog/history

Problem Statement

A user of ours has said an awesome feature to have would be a change log or history of changes made to the "Custom Filters" section of a project's "Inbound Filters". As more and more filters get added (i.e. error messages), it can be difficult to track what is already there and who added or removed which filter.
