Steps to Reproduce

Have Azure DevOps integration configured.
Sentry reports an issue to Azure DevOps.

Expected Result

Having a way to change the user who reports the issue, to identify that comes from Countly.
Having a way to customise how the ticket in Azure DevOps is created, as we want to fill the description, add tags, fill version, etc. Otherwise this is just creating tickets that aren't useful in a big project, it needs you to come back to sentry to get these details and fill them again.

Thank you for the feedback. Improving external issues in general is an item we like to improve. It is not prioritized right now but this is a good example. Will add to the backlog.
