Support AWS PrivateLink Access for Secure Private Connection to Sentry

Problem Statement

Our team deploys products according to our customer's requirements, and in some cases, they do not allow access to the Public Internet from our applications. We have become aware of a previous Feature Request and Discussion (https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/issues/41769) suggesting the use of Relay to address this issue. However, this solution is unsuitable for some of our customer's requirements.

Solution Brainstorm

We request the implementation of AWS PrivateLink for Sentry, allowing us to establish a private connection between our applications and Sentry without exposing them to the Public Internet. This solution would enable us to comply with our customers' strict security requirements while continuing to leverage Sentry's services.
