Symbolication fails because of download error

Some users are experiencing symbolication failures because a debug file can't be fetched from Sentry. The error displayed is "end of file before message length reached".

The error message originates from the reqwest library.

This bug seems to be hitting us pretty hard. Are there any known workarounds? Any ETA on a fix?

@snorristurluson still currently working on it, we haven't been able to pinpoint the problem yet, although this should be mitigated for some users. Would you mind pinging me at the sentry discord @kyrix, I'm gathering individual endpoints.

We just managed to find and mitigate the root cause this morning, incompatible configuration in a load balancer. This one was tough. Thanks for your patience.

We just bumped our timeouts again to mitigate this issue, leaving this open for 3 days while we confirm that we stop having downloaderrors.
