Allow Members permission to unlink Azure DevOps tickets #55196

Problem Statement

We are using the Azure DevOps integration to link Sentry issues to DevOps tickets. Sometimes users make a mistake and need to unlink a ticket. However, Member users do not have permission to do this.

We would like members to be able to unlink the ticket without needing to contact an administrator, and the other account types (Team Admin, Manager, Owner) have too many permissions that we cannot grant to these users. So we would like a way for Member accounts to be able to unlink tickets.

Solution Brainstorm

One solution is to always allow Member users permission to unlink DevOps tickets.

Another solution is to provide a permission option (perhaps on the integration screen), so that administrators could choose whether Members have permission to unlink tickets.

A third solution would be to provide an option to assign individual members permission to unlink tickets.

@nate3 - Thanks for the feedback. Orgs should be able to select if they want to allow members to be able to unlink tickets

This is a valid ask and I will add this to our backlog
