Add geo.code to tag heat map

If geo.gode is added to tag heatmap, then customers can more easily see if this tag is driving poor performance.

We may wish to look at other contexts (non-tags) for the facet, geo.code might not be the only useful facet. For now setting it up so that we can facet by the geo context will be helpful though.
