Creating ClickUp Issue with special character fails #59849

Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to a Sentry issue
  2. In the "Issue tracking" section, click on "ClickUp issue"
  3. Enter the special character € (I did not try any other special characters)
  4. Click on "Save changes"
