Rename "Kiev" to "Kyiv" in Sentry #66394

Problem Statement

Currently, the city name is listed as “Kiev,” which is the russian variant. However, it is imperative to acknowledge and respect the sovereign identity of Ukraine, particularly during these sensitive times when the nation is facing aggression from russian forces. The correct and internationally recognized spelling of the capital city of Ukraine is “Kyiv.” Using the appropriate spelling not only reflects linguistic accuracy but also demonstrates solidarity with the Ukrainian people and their struggle for self-determination.

Solution Brainstorm

I kindly request that you update the city name to “Kyiv” across all relevant platforms and materials within your service.

Kyiv is the spelling recognized by the US department of state so it makes sense for us to update it also. @mrduncan could you please close once this has been updated?

I'm on it, we got FE https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/pull/66395 and BE https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/pull/66584 ready and will deploy on Monday 🙂
