Evolved Issues Search: Create a basic component that parses and renders a search query

As a first step, a new component should be created that parses and renders the query. This component does not need to be interactable, but should have a good foundation to add more features on top of.

Requirements:

• Layout should follow the grid widget pattern described in the ARIA authoring practices guide (see diagrams below)
• Should use an AST to parse the query and render the tokens
• Should use the query as a source of truth
• Should be able to render filter tokens
• Should have a corresponding story file for testing
