[Replay Details] Video should scale to fit full height of the player #70058

On web replays, we scale the playback to be the full width no matter what zoom level we're on:

Mobile replays isn't currently doing the same. Let's scale the video image to fit the full height to reduce the potential white space around the player if the user is zoomed out.
