Design: Visual & Textual Diffing for Hydration Errors

Problems

• Textual diffing generally requires a decent amount of horizontal space which we might be lacking in the issue details experience due to the sidebar that contains tag aggregates.
• An optimal visual diffing experience generally won't be same when compared with textual diffing

Acceptance Criteria

• Explore what the optimal layout would be for Hydration Errors would be given that textual diffing requires lots of horizontal space
• Explore what the optimal solution would be for visual diffing

@ryan953 mentioned that the first KTTR milestone is to put what we have inside the issue details context. We both agree that the UX will pretty suboptimal for this milestone, but i'll still de-prioritise.
