@Dhrumil-Sentry Not sure if it is the same case, but we have the problem of marking a Sentry error as "Resolved" but the related JIRA ticket is not moved to "DONE", while we do have this configuration:
Also I found many "DONE" statuses, why? Which one should I choose? Could it be that this is the reason?

Engineer is still actively working on bugs from Jira integration. Unfortunately, the Jira integration was not actively maintained for 2-ish years so it has been moving slower than expected.
Nearly every status syncing issue I've been able to reproduce stems from selecting an incorrect status for your project, due to a bug that displays duplicate statuses in the Jira configuration dropdown for projects. PR #78756 has addressed this by only displaying statuses associated with the project you're configuring.
Please try reconfiguring your sync status transitions on the integration settings page to see if this alleviates the issue:
Something to keep in mind: this won't address any sync issues that occur if you configure the integration with an invalid status transition that Jira rejects because some condition is not met (such as invalid previous state, missing fields, etc.)
Please let us know if this doesn't alleviate your issue and we can review this further.
