Steps to Reproduce

A user is unable to change the Delivery Method in Workflow Notifications. The interface does not respond as expected when attempting to select or apply a new Delivery Method. See video in attached Jira issue.

Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the Workflow Notifications settings. Attempt to change the Delivery Method. Observe that the change is not saved or applied.

Expected Result

The user should be able to change the Delivery Method and have the selection saved and applied correctly.

Actual Result

The interface fails to respond when attempting to change the Delivery Method, preventing the user from saving or applying the new selection.
