Today we send users a variety of emails: marketing, product updates, and alerts configured for different products and features.
It is common to unsubscribe from emails from a certain company. But today a user is present with at least 3 methods. And all of them are not so clear to someone who is just a casual Sentry user.
Marketing: (newsletter et. al) there is an unsubscribe link that takes me to 4 drop list boxes, and a few check marks....it's a lot
Error alert:
Mute: takes me an auto muted alert but it doesn't reflect the state if muted for just me or for everyone
Notification Settings: another settings page, which seems pretty straight forward, but it is still 1/3 from my POV
Solution Brainstorm
A centralized solution to opt out of everything with one click. Yes event alerts.
With options to do select controls more specifically. But if I just never want any Sentry email ever, I'd like just 2 clicks.
