Problem Statement

The need Today I have a PD sent to general platform

I want each PD to send to relevant assigned team PD, so each team will get only relevant PD, instead of the general platform getting all of the PDs and redirecting it to the team manually.

Possible workaround and why it's not good enough Possible workaround is using this filter, but it'd mean duplicating the alert many times, and maintaining each one separately. It's not something that would work for us unfornatunelly and would cause too much mess Image

Possible solutions

  1. in the PD alert data include the assigned team, and then I can use Pagerduty ruleset, it's currently not sent there.
  2. Let me configure in Sentry each team which PD it'll send
