[Hydration Errors] Improve Discoverability of the New Diff Tools on HE Issues #74734

Opportunity

For all EA orgs who have Replay installed & have HE instances, they are now receiving (and being alerted on) Hydration Error Issues with resourceful Visual Diffing 🎉 .

Previously, HE issues in Sentry were not actionable so they were added to our Inbound Filters in March 2023 (https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/issues/45038).

To ensure that all our users are aware that the new incoming HE issues have been revamped and now include powerful diffing tools to actually solve them (and are not the same issues previously seen), we should make design modifications so that this is apparent.

At 100% zoom on my 13" Macbook, the diffing tool is at the fold.

@jas-kas apart from what we talked about in our 1on1 where the "Resources and Possible Solutions" is relocated below the "Hydration Error Diff" section, I don't have many quick win solutions here.

One idea, could be to have an informative alert banner near the proximity of the "Hydration Error Diff" section stating why you're seeing Hydration Errors (even though you might be filtering them out)

Agree w something like this.

However I was really hoping we could do something creative to make these new issues standout outside of that. :/
