[Replay] Previewer buggy when viewing a played video #74773

The replay previewer breaks on the Feedback page when you play a few replay previews and go back to one that's been played already. I played two previews fully and when I went back to the first one and played it, the timeline doesn't move but the previewer looks like it's playing for the duration of the full replay clip.
