Opening linked Linear issue opens create/link Linear issue modal #76164

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. install the Linear integration
  2. link an issue with Linear
  3. click on the link
  4. the create linear issue modal appears:

Expected Result

the modal shouldn't appear

Actual Result

the modal appears
