Improve source maps upload speed #77396

It takes quite long to upload source maps. This is probably mostly due to network time (it is quite some bytes that need to be moved...) but we can/should still investigate if we can possibly improve this. As of now, this leads to builds for e.g. Next.js becoming much slower because it needs to wait for the upload to finish.
