Linkify "Replay ID" column in Table widgets #77707

Problem Statement

The replayId column in Table widgets in Dashboards for the Transactions dataset aren't linkified, they're plain text. Opening the widget in Dashboards linkifies the Replay ID.

Solution Brainstorm

Internal Aside: The spec for the "Table" widget component will include a list of special columns and their rendering behaviour, so maybe we can punt until we work on that.
