Feedbacks from the widget v. the crash-report modal require different alert configurations at the moment.
Feedbacks from the widget == alerts configuration is done via Alerts left-nav
Feedbacks from crash-report modal == alerts configuration is done via Project Settings
While this distinction is in our documentation, we can provide a helpful pointer in the product to reduce user confusion.
Proposed Solution
On our Issue Alert configuration screen (Alerts > "Create Alert" > "Set Conditions" for an Errors > Issues Alert), when the IF condition is selected as "The issue's category is equal to Feedback":
Show a message that says that crash-report feedback alerts can be enabled in Project Settings and that this IF condition is for feedbacks from the built-in widget, with a deep link to the relevant UF Settings screen (the project being the one already selected in the Alert Config).
