I recently tried to approve the transfer of a project on Sentry and got this error message. Both accounts have data locations based in the US and it's been weeks we've been trying to transfer this project. Can you please help?
How are you getting stuck?
I clicked the "Approve Transfer" button from the email. Logged into the account but there is no project present.
I went back to the email to click the approve button again and then was given an error message.
You can see the attachment for the error message.
Another attachment to show no project was in the account after clicking on the "approve transfer" button by email.
