AWS Lambda layer support me-central-1 region #79882

Problem Statement

Please kindly support the AWS Lambda layer of me-central-1 region. the current support region in the document is in https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/python/integrations/aws-lambda/manual-layer/ But there are still some region missing support.

Asia Pacific (Hyderabad) - ap-south-2 Asia Pacific (Jakarta) - ap-southeast-3 China (Beijing) - cn-north-1 China (Ningxia) - cn-northwest-1 Europe (Spain) - eu-south-2 Israel (Tel Aviv) - il-central-1 Middle East (UAE) - me-central-1

Would be great to see all region supported. :)

@kaija unfortunately the team is very understaffed and right now prioritizing issues that affect more users. I will add this to the backlog but as always we welcome community contributions to Sentry codebase, in case you or someone on your team want to make the changes.
