Add to filter in Performance Redirects

Steps to Reproduce

Please see the attached screen recording, which starts at this Performance > Transaction > Tags page.

Expected Result

Expected behavior: Add to filter button would add the release/tag to the filter on the same page. Looks like the filter is added; I needed to use the back-button to go back to the original page (see 00:11 in the attached video)

Actual Result

Observed behavior: Add to filter button redirects to Performance's Mobile tab (see 00:05 in the attached video)
