Adds a drawer to activities. Motivation: people paste in text blocks and other things that are too big to read in the sidebar.

updated how the collapse works after talking with vu this morning

@roggenkemper yeah it was tough if you only show "view" when there are none collapsed it becomes a weird pattern of only being there sometimes
