Add "Advanced Search" button next to "Search Transactions" bar on insights landing pages

Problem Statement

The search bar on insights landing pages only allows you to search by transaction name:

We've had a few internal and external feature requests recently asking for a way to filter in an advanced way, e.g., by transaction attributes.

Solution Brainstorm

We could add a button next to the search bar that opens a Discover query, or if available, traces query, pre-filtered to the types of transactions shown on the insights landing page (frontend transactions for mobile, backend transactions for backend).
