[Epic] Support Source Maps Debugger Modal

If debug symbol files are missing or stack trace could not be symbolicated for any other reason, we currently show various warnings and alerts at the top of the issues page. Some platforms support the Source Maps Debugger https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/issues/55663 which shows a pill/button inside the affected stack frame and provides context on what the issue is and how to solve it.

We should look into supporting this for the main Mobile platforms.

this chart includes some of the attributes on issues viewed events which can be used to map out the most common alerts. Can be used to prio use cases when this is picked up by platform.

We will need to talk with issue platform to get exact meaning of the attributes again. Since I forgot.
