2 years ago I've been chatting with a colleague of mine (Phil Haack) about his new company/app Abbot.
Right now it is tooled for shared Slack channels with customers, but we were talking about ways that we might be be able to forward Discord messages to Slack (particularly on ones that we need to follow up on) and it could trigger the Abbot conversation tracking flow and we could more easily engage with Discord without having to have everyone monitor it 😄
We have a split brain between Slack and Discord, consider bridging.
