When I click on a Vanguard link, but I am logged out, after logging in, I'm redirected to the general Vanguard home page.
Desired behavior:
After log-in, URL re-direct is stored and brings me to the original page I was trying to visit.

This is especially painful because Vanguard links do not have title names in the URL therefore you really don't know what page you are trying to visit when you click a link without context.
