Decided to take a longer but hopefully safer path:

[x] build postgis+h3 image: https://github.com/ruslandoga/postgis-h3
[x] add pg-h3
[x] switch from postgis and profiles.location to pg-h3 and profiles.h3
[ ] update tests
[ ] drop postgis and profiles.location
[ ] continue https://github.com/getsince/test3/pull/989
