Add button to toggle all layers off #249

Option of having a button that toggles off all the layers that have been toggled on. Could be a button that reloads the page with the current view and background, but preferably a solution that toggles layers off without page reload.

I can see this option is already nicely implemented in the Kristianstad map. Is it possibly in the latest build?
