Summary: Updated Goland to the latest stable release 2019.2.

Changelog:

• Improved debugging with function call support
• Added more variety to the 'Default' and 'Darcula' color schemes
• Added customizable postfix completion templates
  • Improved Go Modules and Dep integration smarter

Test Plan: Installed and launched with the correct version displayed in the about page. Tested editing some files and jumping around a large project with everything working as expected.
