Remove Adobe Flash Player #49

This removes Adobe Flash Player now that support has ended and Flash content no longer works. See https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html

So long, and thanks for all the flash

Depends on getsolus/help-center-docs#271 to not cause confusion.
