PomoDoneApp hasn't worked for some time (see issue #42), and there is no fix in sight. The developer suggested using the web version until they can upgrade to a newer Electron version for their app. This was more than 1 1/2 years ago.
If they ever fix that issue we can simply re-include this app, but leaving it in in this state only causes confusion/frustration for users.
