eopkg4-bin : long stripe doesn't get displayed properly #56

It looks like long stripe doesn't get displayed properly on eopkg4-bin. Pay attention to "Summary" and "Description".

A rebuild of the package should html-escape the em-dashes. (So they will look even worse^^)
