Doesn't always cleanup stale eopkgs from deprecated packages

For several deprecated packages i've had to manually remove the stale eopkg files e.g.

ferryctl remove source unstable nemiver

Eopkgs that were deprecated in repo_data a long time ago can still be found: https://github.com/getsolus/solus-sc/blob/master/repo_data/distribution.xml
