solbuild needs to strip out emoji when generating indices with libeopkg #26

Joey Riches WTF the emoji still made it's way into the index was ypkg build before iksemel with the emoji fix was indexed? wait whatt when i build it locally with history enabled the emoji isn't there why it is still making its way into the index file wait what writes the index file on the server? OH libeopkg as part of ferryd writes the index file so we'd also need an emoji fix there
