Update doc for tigervnc

A user in the Support channel reported that they ran into an issue trying to get tigervnc working They stated "things could not be found" Budgie desktop

issues with documentation: there's no vncserver to automagically setup the server but x0vncserver exists which is the vnc server binary itself there's no systemd service unit out of the box there's nothing that starts automatically or easy configuration

my apologies, the no protocol specified error was ssh's X11Forwarding getting in the way
