Use correct package installation command and Solus dependencies #548

Description

The rstudio instructions mistakenly mention an install.package() command (singular), but the correct one is install.packages() (pural)

Additionally the fontconfig-devel dependency needed to install tidyverse was missing. The "additional discovered deps" section can be removed as all of those devel packages are installed as dependencies of curl-devel

Plus some other small fixes
