Description

Update Docusaurus to 3.5.2

Release notes: 3.4.0 3.5.0 3.5.1 3.5.2

Test Plan: Browsed through all the pages of the Help Center and didn't notice any inconsistencies

This enables some neat new features like author pages (resp. an authors page) for the Dev Log (incoming PR)
